I CANNOT run the Sims 3.
I saved up my money for it which is $64.98 and now my computer just cursed me and everything's good except for my CPU and video card

What processor do you have and what graphics card?
It must be a REALLY OLD processor not to be able to play Sims 3. Video cards are upgradeable, and you can get some dirt cheap ones that perform really well. (Sapphire Radeon HD 4670).
